This Privacy Policy explains how FLYWHITEGUY DEVELOPER LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our website and our iOS apps, including Sudoku (each an "App"). By using our website or Apps, you agree to the practices described here.
Summary
- Our Apps do not require an account, and you do not need to give us your name, email, or other personal information to use them.
- We do not directly collect, sell, or rent personal information through our Apps.
- Our Apps are supported by ads. Third-party advertising providers may collect device identifiers and usage data under their own privacy policies.

Information we collect
Information you provide
We only receive personal information if you choose to contact us, for example by emailing us for support. In that case we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and to improve our Apps, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose.
Information stored on your device
Game progress, settings, and similar App data are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. Deleting the App removes it from your device.
Advertising
Our Apps display advertising provided by third-party ad networks. To show and measure ads, these providers may automatically collect information from your device, such as the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow it, IP address, device type, operating system version, general location derived from IP address, and information about ad interactions and App usage. These providers handle that information under their own privacy policies, not this one.
You can control ad tracking on your iPhone:
- App Tracking Transparency: if an App asks for permission to track you, you can choose "Ask App Not to Track". You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Personalized ads: you can turn off Apple's personalized ads in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
If you limit tracking, you may still see ads, but they will be less personalized.
Analytics
We do not use our own analytics tools to track you inside our Apps. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as download counts and crash reports from users who have opted in to share them with developers) through App Store Connect, subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Our website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or third-party trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we do not collect personal information through our Apps, in most cases the only information we hold is the content of emails you send us. For information collected by third-party ad providers, please use the choices described in the Advertising section or contact those providers directly.

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
